Hong Kong, 2 September 2026 – Peak Re today announced the appointments of Nattakorn Wattanaumphaipong (“Natt”) as Head of Distribution and Partnerships and Sanjiv Agarwal (“Sanjiv”) as Head of Operations, further strengthening the Company's leadership team as it executes its growth and transformation strategy. The appointments took effect on 1 September 2026.

Natt joins Peak Re after holding senior underwriting leadership roles across the reinsurance industry. At Canopius, he served as Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer Asia Pacific and Head of P&C Reinsurance Asia Pacific. He brings more than 20 years of reinsurance experience across property, agriculture, casualty and other lines of business in Asia Pacific. Prior to Canopius, he held a number of senior underwriting leadership positions at Swiss Re, including Head of Property Underwriting Asia and Head of P&C China.

As Head of Distribution and Partnerships, based in Hong Kong, Natt will be responsible for strengthening and strategically managing Peak Re's broker and distribution relationships globally. He will work closely with the Company's Underwriting and Markets teams to drive a coordinated approach to broker engagement, develop partnerships with MGAs, and support the development of efficient and effective distribution channels.

Sanjiv joins Peak Re with close to three decades of experience spanning operations, transformation, technology and people leadership in the financial services sector. Most recently, he led Human Resources function for Swiss Re across Southeast Asia and India. Having begun his career in operations, Sanjiv has extensive experience building and leading operations centres, driving efficiency improvements and supporting large-scale organisational transformation.

In his role as Head of Operations, based in Hong Kong, Sanjiv will oversee Peak Re's operations functions, including Technical Accounting, Claims and Technology. He will work with teams across the organisation to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen capabilities and support the delivery of Peak Re's strategic objectives.
